2. The Products and Services
Regal Stitch offers:
- Bespoke and made-to-measure suits, tailored to your individual measurements and preferences;
- Ready-to-wear garments including suits, blazers, trousers, shirts, overcoats and accessories;
- Fabric and customization consultations, delivered online or at our Bangkok atelier.
Product descriptions, images and fabric details are provided for guidance. We take reasonable care to represent products accurately, but slight variations in colour, weave and finish may occur due to fabric batch, screen settings and hand-finishing.
3. Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Orders
Orders for bespoke or made-to-measure garments are individually produced from your measurements and chosen fabrics. Because each garment is made specifically for you:
- Your measurements, fabric selection and style choices must be confirmed before production begins;
- Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, and bespoke garments are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy;
- Production typically takes 2G??3 weeks from confirmation, plus delivery time.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where information provided is incomplete, payment cannot be authorised, or stock or materials are unavailable. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be adjusted from time to time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. If payment is not received or is declined, we may cancel the order.
6. Delivery

7. Returns, Refunds and Quality Guarantee

To the extent permitted by law, bespoke and made-to-measure items are non-refundable except where they are defective or not produced in accordance with your confirmed specifications. Every Regal Stitch garment is covered by our quality guarantee; if a garment does not fit as confirmed, we will work with you to repair, adjust or remake it.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, photography and software, is the property of Regal Stitch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
