The Blueprint

Master Pattern

Our master cutter creates a unique paper pattern specifically for your body — drafted from a blank sheet, never from a block. The fabric is then hand-cut with precision, with extra inlay to accommodate future changes in your physique.

  • Hand-drafted paper pattern from scratch
  • Chalking & hand-cutting of the cloth
  • Preparation of the basted shell
Duration: 3–5 days of cutting & preparation

The Refinement

Basted Fitting

The most critical stage of the bespoke process. The suit is temporarily held together by white basting thread. During this session we adjust the drape, balance, and silhouette directly on your body — refining the fit to sub-millimetre precision.

  • Adjusting the balance of the jacket
  • Refining shoulder pitch & sleeve length
  • Shaping the canvas to your chest contour
Duration: 45–60 minute fitting session

The Signature

Hand-Finishing

Once the fit is perfected, the suit is taken apart and re-sewn with final stitches. Over 50 hours of handwork — hand-sewn buttonholes (20 minutes each), silk-thread pick stitching, hand-set collars, and a 50-point quality inspection before delivery.

  • Hand-sewn Milanese buttonholes
  • 50-point quality inspection
  • Express delivery in 2–3 weeks worldwide
Duration: 50+ hours of handwork
The Hidden Difference

The Secret of the
Floating Canvas

Unlike mass-produced suits that use glue (fusing) to hold their shape, a Regal Stitch suit uses a floating canvas made of horsehair and wool. This internal skeleton allows the suit to breathe, move with your body, and become more comfortable over time.

A fused suit delaminates and bubbles within years. A canvas suit, properly cared for, lasts a lifetime.

Breathability

Natural fibres allow air circulation, keeping you comfortable in any climate.

Durability

Canvas construction prevents the bubbling common in fused suits after dry cleaning.

Memory

The natural fibres learn your body shape, creating a fit that improves with every wear.

Longevity

A properly maintained canvas suit lasts decades — a fused suit rarely survives five years.
