This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Regal Stitch delivers your orders, our delivery times and what to expect after you place an order.
1. Production Time
Bespoke and made-to-measure garments are individually crafted at our Bangkok atelier. Production typically takes 2G??3 weeks from confirmation of your order, measurements and fabric selection. Ready-to-wear items are dispatched within 1G??3 business days of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries; if we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Shipping Methods and Cost
We offer complimentary worldwide express shipping on all orders, with full tracking and insurance. Express courier transit time is typically 3G??7 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your parcel via the courier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We are not able to control or predict these charges; please check with your local customs office before ordering.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an invalid address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Delays
Occasionally, production or transit may take longer than estimated due to fabric availability, public holidays, customs or courier delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delay. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not contractual deadlines.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
All shipments are insured. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the packaging and item. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
