Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your garment requires minor adjustments, we provide a full alteration credit for a local tailor. If it cannot be corrected, we remake it entirely — at no cost, no questions asked.
2-Year Structural Warranty
Every stitch is inspected by our master tailors. We guarantee the structural integrity of your garment for 2 years — covering seams, buttons, canvas, and lining from normal wear.
Fabric Authenticity
We use only 100% authentic Italian and British wools from certified mills. Certificates of origin are provided for all premium fabric ranges.
Lifetime Structural Repairs
All structural repairs — canvas, seams, lining — are covered for the lifetime of the garment. Minor alterations are complimentary for the first year.
The Remake Process
If for any reason the fit is not to your satisfaction upon arrival, follow these steps:
Submit photos wearing the garment from front, side, and back.
Consult with our stylists via a virtual fitting session.
If adjustments are minor, visit a local tailor — we reimburse the cost.
If a remake is necessary, we prioritise your new garment immediately.
